QFP Variant Comparison

LQFP: 1.4mm height, most common for modern MCUs (STM32, etc.)
TQFP: 1.0mm height, thinner profile for space-constrained designs
PQFP: 2.0-3.4mm height, older/larger packages, bumpered corners for handling
All QFP variants have gull-wing leads on all four sides. 0.5mm pitch is standard for modern designs; 0.4mm pitch for high pin-count.
